1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and others.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Prepaid orders are prioritized for dispatch.

COD orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp message before processing.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days

Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days
Please note: These delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
4. Delays & Unavailable Delivery Areas
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, lockdowns, or situations beyond our control.
If your pin code is unserviceable, our team will contact you to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
5. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, another attempt may be made.

If the courier cannot reach you, the parcel may return to us — additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
