Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: November 6, 2025

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth order processing for every customer.


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation of your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

⚠️ Note: Cancellation requests made via Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platforms will not be accepted. Only requests through official support channels are valid.


2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


3. COD Order Cancellations

  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

  • Unverified COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Customers who frequently cancel COD orders may have the COD payment option disabled for future purchases.


4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, or net banking).
Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Seller Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued.

  • The shipping address provided is incomplete or invalid.

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway.

If your order is cancelled by us, you’ll be notified immediately and issued a full refund (if payment has been made).
